Simon Fowler and Anthony Fortescue formed a partnership on 1st
November 2003 specialising in Rural Estate Management predominately
in Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire.
Whilst Estate Management remains the core business, an increasing
amount of professional work is undertaken as the firm grows and its
skill base widens.
Simon Fowler MRICS FAAV studied at the Royal Agricultural College,
following a year farming in Canada and qualified as a Chartered
Surveyor in 1992. He worked for Savills in Chelmsford then
Cambridge, before becoming resident agent of the Fonthill Estate in
1997. He continues to be responsible for the estate together with
many other progressive estates and farms.
Anthony Fortescue MRICS studied at the Royal Agricultural College,
after a short service commission in the army and qualified as a
Chartered Surveyor in 1990. He worked as a land agent for Strutt &
Parker in Salisbury for 15 years. As well as being responsible for
the management of a number of estates, he specialises in landlord
and tenant dispute resolution for a wide range of clients.
Ben Juckes MSc MRICS FAAV joined the firm in 2006 from the
Brocklesby Estate in Lincolnshire followed by Rebecca Kimber-Danger
BSc Hons MRICS FAAV in 2007 from a firm in Bristol where she
specialised in valuation and planning.
In 2001 Paul Tory BSc Hons MRICS joined the firm having previously
worked for Strutt & Parker in Salisbury as a land agent.
The firm is based on the beautiful Fonthill Estate (www.fonthill.co.uk) at Fonthill Bishop, near
Salisbury, Wiltshire.
